Our Business

Hello, my name is Steve Bilous, founder of Signal Zero Consulting, Inc.  For the past thirty years I have been training as a Law Enforcement Officer, dedicating twenty of those years to the S.W.A.T. industry.  As a retired S.W.A.T. Commander, I understand that effective training is the key to successful weapons handling.  At Signal Zero Consulting, Inc. we are committed to provide the best training available to our clients in the West Palm Beach, Florida area.  

I am a Certified Firearms Instructor licensed by the State of Florida and a Certified Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor.  When selecting a firearms training program, always choose the program developed from experience.
